With a background in Visual Arts and in design and illustration, since 2015 the artist has been developing artistic research around the investigation of the feminine and her emotional and aesthetic issues, through reflection on her own perceptions and experiences.
Brunna has a strong inspiration in other forms of art (literature, photography and cinema) and likes to explore many formats, but has come into her production in media like painting, embroidery and ceramics.
In his paintings, he portrays women as a central figure. They watch you directly. They are not smiling, but there is an expression of completeness, very aware of their strength and their power. They are not trying to please, they are not trying to be sexy or beautiful, or to fit in a type. They are just there, belonging at the moment, with an attitude of self-assertion, in all their glory and existence.
